We had a fun time this weekend at the Austin Pet Expo, one of the many Amazing Pet Expos around the country. We’ve exhibited at several of the expos in the past but this was the first time we’d set up a booth under the PawZaar banner for our gift store. The expo was estimating 12,000-15,000 attendees at the show — it was packed and so was our booth!
Along with our own products, we were also distributing hundreds of samples of Solid Gold holistic cat and dog food to attendees along with some great coupons!
The booth was swamped both days as attendees came by to learn about the food, which is created with wholesome ingredients. The very first person at our booth asked us if any ingredients were made in China, and we told her that NO ingredients in the food were sourced from China.
We didn’t have much time to check out the other booths at the show but we were next to the Georgetown Animal Shelter, the shelter where we adopted our cat Felix over 15 years ago. The shelter didn’t bring any cats to the busy, busy expo but had seven dogs; three of them went home with forever families that weekend.
