On the Animal Planet series My Cat from Hell, Jackson Galaxy helps fractious felines turn the page to a new chapter in their lives by teaching their harried human families how to read the meaning behind their cat’s behavior. Now the reality purrsonality who wrote the book on kitty comportment has literally written a tome that tells all about stopping our purring pals’ perplexing behavioral problems by understanding the feline mind.
You can pounce on your copy when it’s released on October 31st. Total Cat Mojo: The Ultimate Guide to Life with Your Cat — co-authored by Certified Cat Behavior Consultant Mikel Delgado — features 384 pages of tips to enrich every stage of your cat companion’s life, from how to help your kitten become a confident social butterfly to the support that senior cats need to fully enjoy all of their nine lives.
I’m happy to say that I received a complimentary review copy before its release, and loved all the tips that Jackson Galaxy provides (and you know how much we love tips here at CatTipper!) The Cat Daddy identifies three types of dwellers: Bush Dwellers (cats like Inca who prefer to stay on the ground but often tucked behind something), Tree Dwellers (definitely Jetty, who loves up being UP on something), and Beach Dwellers (Lucky, who is happy to sprawl across the middle of the floor). From there, he goes on to look at everything from your relationship with your cat to your cat’s relationship with other animals in your home. There’s even a section on problem solving, whether your cats aren’t getting along, your cat is scratching humans, or your cat is exhibiting anxiety-related behaviors.
The publisher was generous enough to send me two copies of Total Cat Mojo, so now one lucky reader will win a copy in the giveaway below!
