Meowing middle linebackers, kitty quarterbacks and furry fullbacks will soon prowl onto the playing field during the inaugural edition of Kitten Bowl, and as the Hallmark Channel counts down to the showdown animal lovers are invited to ‘get in the game’ with the multi-platform social media “Kitten Bowl” experience, Feline Fantasy League.

While all of the cats appearing in Kitten Bowl have since found forever families to love, starting January 10th all pals to those who purr can huddle around their computer screens to watch an array of adorable, adoptable CATletes in “training” 24/7 on a live kitten cam; collect digital interactive trading cards of the pint-sized purrers who will charge out on to the playing field on February 2nd, check out player profiles and create their own feline dream team.

Featuring play with a purr-pose, the Feline Fantasy League will also help to tackle the plight of shelter overpopulation across the country by raising awareness of cats in need through adoption stories and links that offer animal lovers the opportunity to adopt a kitten from North Shore Animal League or Last Hope Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation who has scored a touchdown in their heart.
