Spring means spring cleaning and a renewed emphasis on keeping everything–including your dog’s bedding–clean and fresh. We’ve just learned about a stylish and unique bed for dogs that love to burrow. BB-Beds (Bungee Burrow Beds) will appeal dogs and other pets that love to burrow and will appeal to you for the stylish array of fabrics and for the ease of care.
Designed by seamstress Renee Rose, BB-Beds are hypo-allergenic and can be washed regularly without losing their shape. “As a pet owner, I found it very difficult to find beds that were durable, attractive, affordable and easy to clean. My dog had very sensitive skin and several skin allergies, so it was very important that he had a bed that was easy to clean. It was so frustrating throwing away expensive dog beds that only made it through a few washes before completely loosing their shape. That’s why I decided to create a new type of pet bed and that’s how the BB-Bed system came to be!”
The BB-Bed features two parts. First, there’s the base of the bed, sized to hold between one and two bed pillows, depending on the size of the bed. Second, there’s an attached blanket that allows room for your pet to burrow! The blanket is made from anti-pill fleece and attached to the bed with bungee bands, designed to stay in place as your pet burrows.
Beds are sold without pillow inserts.
