We love portraits of our pets and we’re so happy to say we’ve recently added portraits of Linus and Coco to our collection! You’ll remember we recently hosted a giveaway for a custom portrait from Pop Art Portraits by Laura. We also wanted to review these amazing portraits here on CatTipper!
First, we did the only hard part of the whole process: selecting a photo! Here’s what we sent Laura, two of our favorite photos of Coco. You’ll notice that Coco has slightly crossed eyes, something we didn’t mention to Laura:
Laura asked if we liked bright colors or more realistic colors…and, of course, I picked bright! Soon Laura came back with these color studies…and you’ll notice how Coco’s eyes look just like hers do in person!
And here’s Linus’ photo we sent to Laura:

So which, of the many great colors, did we select for Coco and Linus’ portraits? For Linus, we selected this beautiful orange:
…and for Coco we selected purple!!
Each of the paintings is fully wrapped around the edge of the frame so it’s optional whether you frame them or hang them just as they are to liven up the room! I can’t wait to redecorate my office with these beautiful, happy portraits of Coco and Linus!
